RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Telecom Analyst in Orlando, Florida (FL).Summary:Telecom Analyst position will mainly entail call centers and is a higher visible group. This position will oversee handling tickets such as onboarding an agent: these tickets will allow access to contact center technologies and reporting, walk through those agents (jabber agents) building the soft phone, and configuring in the CCE environment.
