Sr Active Directory Engineer

Moorecroft is seeking a Sr Active Directory Engineer for a consulting role with one of our major clients in the Orlando FL area. This person oversees and coordinates project timelines for solution engineering activities. Recommends and implements solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiency of solution architecture and engineering services to further enhance support capabilities, documentation, and reporting. Primary skills:

• Strong experience designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise-level highly connected hybrid LDAP solutions with at least 40,000 users including:
• Active Directory
• Azure Active Directory
• Microsoft Identity Manager
• Active Directory Federation Services / AADC
• Integrations between key services and various LDAP providers.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering, designing, and integrating both infrastructure components (domain controllers, sites and services, connectivity, etc.) and logical aspects (GPO management, directory structure, and management toolsets)
• 3+ years of experience working with and directing suppliers in an outsourced environment infrastructure
• Develops and delivers the solution engineering and strategic thinker
• Experience Designing New Environments
• Service Management experience
• Project Oversight and Coordination

• This role is more of a consultative position not so much hands-on
• Previous experience as Design Engineer preferred
• Experience with Active Directory (AAD)
• Expert Communicator - will need to interact with all levels of management and business leaders

Certifications

• Cisco CCNP or CCIE Collaboration Certification
• Crestron Core/Technician Track
• Microsoft MCA/MCE Certification
