Senior Network Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Miami, FL.Responsibilities: Senior Network Engineer will be supporting enterprise technologies (VOIP, Security, Routing, Layer 3 switching, Proxy, wireless) in complex networking environments Level 3 support for complex enterprise break/fix Mentor engineers in technology and processesREQUIREMENTS: Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience CCNP or CCIE with equivalent experience, with proven specialization in either voice or security or equivalent experience Minimum of five years related experience Ability to work large or medium size projects, develop documentation, and testing processes, a must Ability to understand and support security (Firewall, VPN, IPS, Proxy) application in a networking environment Ability to install, administer and troubleshoot layer 2 and 3 switching (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus) and Routing MPLS wide area technologies Understanding and troubleshooting VPNs, Firewalls (Cisco ASA/Firepower, Checkpoint) Practical experience with intelligent routing protocols BGP, IGP, OSPF Practical understanding of VOIP/SIP Able to attend meetings with management and clients and contribute suggestions, develop enterprise infrastructure designs, and answers in a professional manner Ability to drive and work as part of a team on larger projects Good written and verbal communication skills Up to 15% domestic travel CCDA or CCDP are a plus Check Point Firewall is a plus Experience with F5 LTM/GTM/ASM a plus Experience with corporate Wireless networks a plus Cabling standards for SMF, MMF, Copper a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
