Senior Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Boca Raton, Florida (FL).Responsibilities include: Gather, analyze, and evaluate stakeholder needs and work with the project leadership to define the scope and determine optimal approach to implement. Senior Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with team members including project manager, development lead, business stakeholders in understanding business requirements, and implications Coordinate with them to offer alternative process or system-oriented solutions Elicit requirements using interviews, data analysis, business process modeling, use cases, scenarios, time motion study, and business workflow analysis Document, manage requirement changes, and their causes through project/product life cycle Senior Business Systems Analyst will verify, validate, and attain approval on gathered requirements Develop and implement test plans/scenarios Assist the Quality Services team for system, integration, functional, and user acceptance testing of developed applications Senior Business Systems Analyst provides implementation services, including application documentation and training, formulation of training/implementation plans, deployment within the business, and handoff to support services Provides initial post implementation support of newly rolled out applications, troubleshoot issues, and provides guidance to end user Become a subject matter expert on data, system processes and business methodologies Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Take responsibility of other reasonable duties as assigned from time to timeREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the field Agile/Scrum master certification or understanding/proven record of working in this framework Business analysis certification is a plus, e.g., CBAP 7+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or related field Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and best practices Understanding of the traditional Software Development Life Cycle model and testing methodologies Knowledge of project management, toolsets, including Microsoft Project Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for effective communication to clients and project team members Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essentialKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
