JOB SUMMARY: Manages a variety of employee experience and engagement programs, events and projects. Responsible for development, administration, marketing and coordination, as well as the communication and delivery of Universal Creative global recognition, retention and experience programs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall research, development, administration and implementation of company recognition programs globally (Orlando, Hollywood, Osaka, and Beijing) i.e. service awards, president’s birthday gifts, appreciation stations, and future programs as identified that embody Universal Creative’s Brand Pillars.
  • Develops and oversees employee retention and experience programs, including SOPs, for Mentorship, Leadership Rotation Experience, Onboarding, Pathfinder and other programs as identified.
  • Assess and analyze survey data of employee metrics, i.e. Onboarding programs (Team Member and Manager), exit interview, Mentorship, Leadership Rotation Experience, Pathfinder and identify common themes to make recommendations for, and ultimately design and implement, new programs, events and processing efficiencies.
  • Ensures accurate quality data control and manipulation to support highly fluid business and workforce planning. Reviews, analyzes and validates raw data to derive forecasting and talent insights for new programs, enhancements and global expansion. Responsible for sourcing, inventory and budget tracking in partnership with Finance to manage actual program costs based on budget.
  • Collaborates to maintain ongoing partnerships across divisions to promote positive employee relations and communications.
  • Maintain Conflict of Interest tracking for potential candidates in partnership with Staffing and UO requests. Research past history for resolution of any questions pertaining to COI’s that may be in storage or past records.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Patent Manager to research personnel records for TM’s pertaining to patent payouts, with NBCU and UO Finance for payout of awards and with TM’s to verify records on file.
  • Collaborate with TMS to manage off-site employee perk distribution locations. Assists with special projects as needed.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SCOPE

:Responsible for the management, administration and/or reporting of the division’s cultural transformation tied to Universal Creative Brand Pillars. Partner across the division and with HR partners to develop events, activities and programs directly impacting a positive employee experience and Team Member retention. Develop operational and marketing strategies for custom events and programs.

EDUCATION: High school degree or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business Management, Human Resources or Communications is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:3-5 years human resources administration, community relations or project management experience is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
