Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS ConsultantLocation: Gainesville, FL (Hybrid – Once a month onsite)Duration: Full-Time + Benefits
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2.
- Experience in the recruitment process for screening, routing, interviewing, and hiring applicants.
- Manage employee positions, recruiting, and appointments.
- Create and manage job openings, Enter and manage applicant information, manage job postings, Search for job openings and applicants, Screen applicants, Route applicants, manage applicant interviews, manage offers, and Prepare applicants for hire.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Human Resources.
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM Technical Functional concepts.
- Strong knowledge in Application Engine programs.
- Good Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
