RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Legal IT Support Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida).Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 Support for the Legal Solutions application set including, Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage and Diligent Entities Review law firm matter requests for data accuracy, adherence of billing guidelines, and financial controls Support the quarterly security reporting process Own corporate matter creation and organization in our e-Billing system (Legal Tracker) Act as primary contact to provide clarity or resolve issues for invoice, payment, and matter questions (internal and external) Execute analysis and support project operationalization Translate project requirements into action items and ask questions to clarify if deliverables will accomplish the desired objective - owns objectives, not just tasks Coordinate projects, including scheduling, documenting, and monitoring workstreams Execute some project management strategies such as gathering requirements, developing the timeline, and managing communications Become familiar with our intake tool (Jira) and the company's learning management system to the level of performing some system administrative functions Manage the granting and auditing of access/permissions across various systems Continuously research the market of legaltech, maintaining notes and participating in demos Support the development of short- and long-term operations roadmaps by identifying potential projects and documenting the backlog Help resolve technology issues and manage the internal intake for this area Identify and assist with implementing process improvements and scalable solutions around department systems, technologies and controls Strive to build documentation for organization, alignment, and continuity Support legal team applications on-boardingREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience at a comparable company with in-house legal practice Proficiency with Confluence, DocuSign, Jira, Office 365, and Service Now is a plus Familiarity with Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities and other legal department related software systems Project management experience that exudes excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to develop and implement processesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
