Lead Software Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Lead Software Developer in Fort Lauderdale, FL (Florida).Responsibilities: In this role, the Lead Software Developer will work with an Agile Scrum team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based applications Analyze and provide solutions to complex technical problems and projects Develop automated unit tests for applications according to company standards Participate in peer review sessions of solutions and related code, ensure software quality throughout the complete SDLC The Lead Software Developer will prepare software documentation including technical diagrams and manuals on the design, use and operation of the softwareREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering related fields 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer Advanced understanding of the development cycle using Agile with Scrum/Kanban and able to coach/mentor others on the lifecycle Proficiency in C# and experience in C (C 11, C 17, Standard Library) Working knowledge of RDBMS or NoSQL data platformsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
