Help Desk Analyst I

Located in Miami, Florida, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary to hire role.Your responsibilities- Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally Requirements - Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Proven knowledge of Spanish Language- Active Directory experience desired- Deep understanding of Password Changes- End-User Support experience highly desired- Well-founded grasp of hardware & software installation- General familiarity with customer service- Foundational knowledge in Permissions- Expertise in Password Reset- Comprehension of basic networking concepts- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Experience with IT support ticketing systems Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
