Endpoint Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Endpoint Product Owner in Miami, Florida (FL).Summary:As a member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, implementing modern solutions, and processes to improve user experience with the endpoint environment including all laptops, desktops, software, and remote access tools. The ideal candidate will help determine the best solutions for our business needs, help identify gaps and shortcomings in current setups, and determine necessary path forward to create consistent and efficient systems.Responsibilities include: In partnership with engineering and architectural resources, provide leadership and implementation support for global initiatives such as: Architecture changes and App/Tool deployments Operate as a business and technical subject matter specialist Endpoint Product Owner will manage communications with vendors, 3rd party service providers, leadership, and business colleagues Design, refine, maintain, and build a strategy/roadmap for a world class endpoint environment Continuously move forward by researching new and emerging technologies Author design documents, Service Desk training documentation, facilitate peer review, and lead committee presentations Endpoint Product Owner will coordinate vendor relationships by acting as a bridge between engineering resources and business users Contribute to a comprehensive training platform for end users and support teams Drive user adoption and satisfaction with continuous learning through targeted videos, documentation, tips to keep users informed, and maximize their experience Endpoint Product Owner will leverage endpoint data, user adoption metrics, and user sentiment to continuously improve the end user experienceREQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of industry experience working in a similar role High level of knowledge on current and future technologies pertaining to endpoint management, various operating systems, and related software Proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT infrastructure engineering groups in complex and dynamic environments Professional experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or related virtual desktop solutions including application/operating system management, end-user personalization, and delivery protocols An understanding of cloud-based technologies (AWS or Azure) and solutions that they support Strong understanding of Microsoft products and licensing including Windows 10 and Office 365 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of an organizationKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
