RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Digital Product Owner - Ecommerce in Plantation, Florida (FL).Summary:The Digital Product Owner is responsible for building, developing, and managing digital product roadmaps. This role will be tasked with understanding and executing the strategic direction of our eCommerce, digital platforms, ensuring the product vision, objectives, and key results are met.Responsibilities include: With a pioneering spirit, set the product strategy including product vision, objectives, and key results for our digital products, potentially including our mobile applications, booking experience and content/CMS on virginvoyages.com and/or firstmates.com Digital Product Owner will be working with key business units, define, deliver on the product roadmap by prioritizing feature requirements, and user stories into an agile backlog Find insights and opportunities using data, primary and secondary research, market analysis, user feedback and technology trends Use data and technology to hypothesize, test, execute, and report across multiple on platform campaigns and strategies Digital Product Owner will advise key stakeholders in Marketing, IT, Editorial, Sales and Executive Management on strategies to meet corporate objectives using marketing technology Support deployment of new technology adoption across the enterprise Digital Product Owner will lead cross-functional teams to execute on roadmap Partner with Technology team to manage future requests and updates using PI, SAFe , and agile methodologies Prepare compelling presentations, to communicate progress, complex concepts and other key updates to diverse audiences, including senior leadership Manage and negotiate scope and budgets with vendor partners Digital Product Owner will provide leadership in influencing internal processes Ensure monitoring tools are implemented on relevant systemsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in product management, eCommerce, or product delivery Experience managing internal resources, agencies, and digital products in client or agencies Understanding of with web analytics, testing tools, and digital processes Strong business judgment, strategic thinking and decision-making skills; Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives Understanding of online marketing principles, including but not limited to conversion optimization, cross- and upsell, audience segmentation, A/B testing, merchandising, etc. Proven track record of leading and successful implementation of multiple digital projects in a fast-paced, agile environment Experience working with internal and external creative and technology teams Ability to work independently and build consensus within a cross-departmental team Knowledge in user experience and design principlesKnowledge of Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or other agile project management tools Knowledge of marketing tools (Magnolia CMS, Salesforce, Airtable) is a plus Leisure, travel, and tourism industry experience preferredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
