West Broward over 55 multi condominium community 650 Units with a Neighborhood Association currently looking for an experienced CAM Manager.

In person only. Remote is not an option for this position.

The job is a permanent salaried position. Office hours typically from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and as with this type of position there some nights and weekends phone calls.

What is expected of you?

Be knowledgeable of the community governing documents, articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules and regulations as well as Florida Statutes 718, and other applicable laws.

You will supervise and coordinate the staff who works at the community.

Create and follow-up work orders

Attend all Board meetings. Usually held Monday – Thursday 10:00 a.m. typically 2-3 per month

Prepare a written weekly detailed report detailing accomplishment and activities.

Conduct routine weekly inspections of buildings to identify necessary repairs and maintenance that should be reported to The Board of Directors for the community via the Managers Report.

Make recommendations for short- and long-term property improvements and maintenance projects.

Perform / Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.

Assist residents with work order or other service requests.

A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in business or related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

You must have a strong management background.

Three (3) years of experience as a Community Association Manager.

Must be able to multi-task.

Must be computer literate.

Strong working knowledge of TOPS & Microsoft products.

Familiar with websites to maintain website.
