Business System Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Juno Beach, FL.Summary:The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for acknowledging, evaluating, and resolving service tickets within SLA agreements. The IT Systems Analyst should have a working knowledge of Service Now and IBM Control Desk. The IT Systems Analyst must have exemplary problem-solving skills needed to evaluate root cause issues and solve complex challenging functional, configuration, and technical system issues. This role will interface with the business users and thus the candidate must have excellent communication, relationship management, and time management skills.Duties: Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or servicesREQUIREMENTS: College degree in the field of Computer Science, Management Information systems preferred 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst Strong understanding of business processes and practices related to various corporate staff business units Strong ability to gather, evaluate, decompose, and prioritize business needs Strong attention to detail, highly self-motivated and directed Strong customer focus - able to build and foster customer relations Knowledge of databases, operating systems, and other technologies Extensive experience working on 2-4 project in parallel Excellent data analytics and dashboarding skills Test management, test planning, test execution and oversight Expert in process mapping and gap analysis Cutover planning and change management Experience managing general computer control (GCC) Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX) controls Agile and CI/CD Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills Understanding of business processes in order to facilitate the development of technology solutions Microsoft Office 2007 to 2013 Windows 7, Windows 10 Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and 2012 Active Directory and Exchange Patch management SQLKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
