Advanced Business Analysts

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce in Tampa, Florida is looking for Advanced Business Analysts. Qualified candidates will be conceptualizing, developing and implementing business strategy by identifying, reviewing, analyzing and documenting business requirements, identifying and analyzing gaps and finding solutions for the business using business analysis, Agile, BRD, UAT and QC; Working with business leads and SMEs to understand and document current state, the challenges that exist within the operational infrastructure, including identification of business and technical gaps; Reviewing and approving functional design definitions such as Application Requirements (AR) deliverables to ensure business requirements are being met; Supporting user acceptance testing via test planning and developing and executing test scenarios and/or test scripts; Collaborating with business stakeholders on the review of user acceptance criteria; Analyzing and validating a model against requirements documents; Leading business requirements definition to successful completion, including discovery, analysis process flows, use cases, test and training plans; Producing high quality documentation for requirements via user stories, use cases, test cases; Developing and maintaining knowledge of technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective; Identifying project issues and analyzing issues in order to recommend resolutions; Coordinating problem and issue reviews with follow-up on assigned actions; Identifying gaps and driving process improvement in the support process; Ensuring that QA processes and procedures are being implemented properly from a business point of view; Evaluating business processes for efficiency, usability and replacement; Recommending modifications to the project scope throughout the project life cycle based on the project status and business issues arising during the project; Being a technical resource for direct communications to the team members in the project developmentREQUIREMENTS:Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business or Engineering and two years' experience in position or two years' experience in IT or Business Analysis field.Special requirements: Experience with business analysis, Agile, BRD, UAT and QC. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required.
