Active Directory Migration Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking an Active Directory Migration Support for a 3 month contract role.Structure of position: Volume: Pilots show 10% failure rate, 200 = 200, 20 failures Velocity: 500-1000 objects per week, broken up daily The Active Directory Migration Support is responsible for approximately 100 calls a day Service Desk Tier II - first point of contactREQUIREMENTS: Field Tech or Service Desk background MS Windows experience Experience migrating accounts Desktop experience, entire profile AD experience Password Resets experience Rebuild Profile experience Experience handling escalations to Tier III Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
