Sales & Marketing Analyst Do you love diving into data and using it to solve business problems? We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Analyst to help track results, identify opportunities and provide insights that can help us drive growth. We're looking for a seasoned analyst with passion and curiosity to help our organization make data driven decisions. You will be tasked with providing insights that play a key role in business moves across Sales, Marketing and Product teams. What you'll be doing:
- Use customer, sales and marketing data to tell a story and provide insights to the Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
- Help our Sales and Marketing department identify opportunities and build prospecting and target lists, leveraging internal and external data.
- Identify trends and correlation in the data, run analytics and make business recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work across teams and use data to answer key business questions.
- Provide analysis and insight into customer trends and help track customer growth.
- Regularly provide reporting to Sales and Marketing about key accounts, product health and campaign success.
- Report against KPIs and tracking success against company, department and individual targets.
- Contribute to the development of Sales and Marketing plans.
- A self-starter with a strong quantitative background and the ability to tell a story using data.
- Sales, marketing or business analysis experience, or key business-side role with robust analytical skills.
- Excel Expert (PivotTable)
- Experience querying database (SQL or Python) is not required, but a plus!
- You will be using data from our CRM (Salesforce), but Salesforce experience is not required.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively.
- Most importantly, we want someone who won't wait to be told what to do, but is curious about data and take a proactive approach to drive value.
