Job Profile SummaryCAI is hiring! We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Newark, DE. This is a permanent, full time position with a hybrid work schedule. The candidate will direct and actively participate in 4-5+ activity workstreams and associated with daily support of and improvements to a State program.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis candidate will analyze the business domain, document its processes and systems, outline business requirements, and match a software business model with the software to be implemented.

The candidate will be experienced in workflow and process improvements, will work with team members to document current state processes, and work with stakeholders to identify process improvement, including developing a production run or modernization roadmap and business case.

Qualifications· 5-8 years of hands-on Snr Project management / PMO· Engage stakeholders to gather software requirements/business rules and ensure alignment with development team.· Documents business requirements using interviews, workshops, and/or existing system documentation or procedures to effectively capture business requirements· Waterfall and Agile methodologies experience· Strong documentation and communication· Develop new business strategies and business models· Lead the project stakeholders in the execution of business strategies and internal projects to ensure the desired result is achieved quickly and effectively· SDLC - Software/application delivery experience· Modernization experience· Government/State project experience· State Unemployment Compensation systems· RFP/RFI knowledge· Experience working with state Unemployment Compensation systems (preferred)· Experience working on government projects (preferred)· Experience with quality improvement process (preferred)· Knowledge of laws, rules, goals, and objectives of the unemployment compensation program (preferred)
