Solution ArchitectScope of ServicesThe ideal candidate will be able to contribute immediately in the following areas:

• Assist with software development efforts as determined by the project management team.
• Assist the ITD in the formulation of tactical and strategic plans.
• Assist the ITD in its reconciliation current business requirements, and modern information technology standards.

Minimum Qualifications In addition to the standard skills and experience for the job class, the ideal candidate should possess the following experience, qualifications, and skills: General Experience:

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in design, development, unit testing, and solving complex engineering problems.

Technical Competencies:

• .NET Framework (4.6.2 and up)
• .NET MVC 5
• .NET Entity Framework 6
• .NET WEB API
• SQL Server (2016 and up)
• SSIS & SSRS
• IIS (8.5 and up)
• TFS (VSTS or Azure Dev Ops a plus)
• SQL Server Performance Skills o Optimize SQL queries (Query Execution Plans etc.,)
  • Simplify Index analysis o Resolve SQL Server deadlocks
  • Identify the root cause of SQL Server blockings
• Bootstrap and JQuery
• Messaging APIs Understand and able to implement design patterns (Repository etc.)
• Experience on Production Support activities.
