Sr. Business Analyst/Mobile-Denver

Sr. Business AnalystAs a Senior Business Analyst within the Mobile Product Management team, you will help tell the story of our fast growing mobile product line. You will use your technical aptitude combined with your well-developed Customer Empathy Quotient to document business requirements and customer journey maps.To be successful in this role, you will have experience writing business/functional/system requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with desired user and business outcomes; you will understand (or can quickly learn) and articulate how our subscribers Learn about, Buy, Get, Use, Pay for, and get Support for our mobile products; your documentation and presentations allow technical development teams to clearly understand the “what” and “why” of the requirements.The ideal candidate:• Excels in a fast-paced environment• Is extremely detail oriented• Is organized and has the agility to pivot between business and technical discussions• Will become the Subject Matter Expert on their products• Has excellent communication skills• Has strong presentation skills and is an excellent story teller (verbally and in writing)• Will partner closely with the Product Manager on deliverables and timelines• Takes initiative• Practices Time Management• Possesses business and technical acumenFormer roles might include Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Senior Information Architect, or Senior Project Manager.Experience and Skills:- Mobile experience preferred, not required- 5+ years of professional work experience- Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) and project management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Chalk, etc.) a plus, but not required.
