Specialized Project Manager IV

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Specialized Project Manager IV in Greenwood Village, CO.Duties Include: Specialized Project Manager builds, leads, and maintains a high-performing self-organized Agile team Manages product feature deliveries through their entire SDLC Coaches the team, removes impediments, and builds team psychological safety Drives team and stakeholder common understanding on deliverables Engages in prioritization discussions with stakeholders on team backlog Establishes and maintains effective communications with key stakeholders Delivers on team commitments, managing scope, schedule, and quality As a Specialized Project Manager, you will improve and document team processes; Updates deliverables status Identifies gaps, issues, risks, missing details in requirements and deliverables Translates technical concepts to non-technical peopleREQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of experience in a related role Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Excel, WordKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
