RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Scrum Master Project Manager in Greenwood Village, Colorado (CO).Summary:This position requires a dynamic leader that can oversee multiple Agile projects simultaneously and run scrum meetings for each. The person who fills this role should be a seasoned, certified Scrum Master that can adjust their style to meet the dynamic challenges of aggressive software development. The Scrum Master will be responsible for sprint planning, retrospectives, running daily/weekly stand-up meetings, sending out notes and action items, and helping the managers to plan work for team members.Responsibilities include: Actively and consistently supports all efforts to enhance the customer experience Scrum Master Project Manager works closely with development teams to continuously improve team's software delivery Actively and consistently supports different stakeholders to ensure the highest quality software products to our customers Collaborate with other teams in each project and review/refine the strategy based on the organizational needs and participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings Scrum Master Project Manager plans upcoming sprints for a given project, including helping the team to reach consensus for what can be achieved during the sprint Monitors and reports on sprints that are in-progress Coordinates project activities including updating the Wiki and release history Tracks and monitors team member allocation so we know when team members are available to work on new tasks (resource planning) Scrum Master Project Manager works with the leadership team to strategically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Agile processes Contributes to the creation of Requirements documents, Data Sheets, and Acceptance Criteria, while understands how a project fits into the big picture Interfaces with other departments to ensure clear communication for in-progress and upcoming development activitiesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, or related field or equivalent work experience Scrum Master Certification 5+ years of Scrum Master experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Understands both Scrum and Kanban methodologies and can easily interchange based off team needs Extensive experience working with Jira or other Agile development tools Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Strong organizational skills Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, plan, and resolve escalations based on the project requirements Ability to work with cross-functional team and senior leadership team Excellent ability to work well with shifting priorities Excellent ability to track multiple development efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment Ability to identify and eliminate roadblocks that team members may encounter during a sprint Critical thinker, ability to negotiate with key stakeholders, and maintain positive attitude Display professional, positive, and approachable attitude/demeanor and discretionKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
