Lead Salesforce B2B Architect
Title: Lead Salesforce B2B Architect Location: Denver, CO Duration: Permanent / FTE Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 Our client has an immediate need for a Salesforce B2B Architect who will be responsible for the overall Design and Development of a complex global Salesforce B2B eCommerce platform based on business-driven projects and capacity with knowledge of cross cloud capabilities and solutioning to drive customer value. RESPONSIBILITIES: Solid understanding of the B2B Commerce product feature set (formerly CloudCraze), use cases, and industry verticals to which they apply and an ability to translate business case into a detailed technical design. Plan, architect lifecycle planning, and upgrades of the B2B infrastructure based on capacity and business driven projects. Build, test, and maintain B2B e-commerce applications on Salesforce.com. Receive and provide constructive criticism to improve applications Integrate e-commerce platforms with the different Salesforce clouds including sales, service and community clouds, as well as the Salesforce Platform Solid understanding of integrating B2B with payment gateways and tax engines. Integrate e-commerce platforms with ERP systems Work with business partners to promote maximum use of native capabilities throughout the entire implementation and release lifecycles. Act as SME and provide implementation guidance and B2B lightning standard methodology recommendations to business partners in preparation, planning, and launch Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) across platform features, including catalog management, search, cart & checkout, my account, invoicing, quotes, and order history Understand customer's commerce success metrics and help drive (fit for purpose) solutions to achieve results. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Environment: Works in standard office environment QUALIFICATIONS: Possess very strong communications skills, especially in complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking. EXPERIENCE: Good communicator with experience handling product and delivery questions, building demos, giving oral presentations, and scoping projects. Ability to lead projects and drive project discovery, scoping, writing requirements/user stories, and defining solution approaches Proficient in working with code versioning tools.
