Business Systems Analyst (Remedy)

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (Remedy) in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. Our client strives to connect their customers to superior communications and entertainment products with the highest quality service.Summary:This position is to work with the Remedy team in building and managing requirements for the Outage Management program. The Business Systems Analyst determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. They will serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. The candidate identifies, documents, reports, and tracks system issues. The Business Systems Analyst also supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of experience Strong understanding of technical (software) systems with the ability to organize integration information, functional system and feature decomposition, and functional requirement allocation to multiple systems Strong inter-team collaboration skills Strong verbal and written communication Strong skills with PC-based business toolsThe following skills are not required, but represent strong advantages to candidates: Prior work with cable or telecommunication companies in the area of customer communication Prior work with Agile and/or SAFE development teams Prior work with Remedy development teamsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
