Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are lookingfor an Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage theday-to-day tactical execution of our clients' affiliate program strategies. You will work with teammembers to deliver exceptional client service and to meet and exceed program goals. Responsibilities -. Work with account managers to implement the strategic recommendations to grow ourclient's affiliate programs. Build relationships with publisher partners to be able to recruit the into our clients' programsand to optimize their performance for our clients Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for clients; analyze data and makerecommendations based on this data. Manage the creative assets for our clients' affiliate programs. Deliver superior customer service through communication, driving results andoverdelivering on client expectations Day-to-day management of affiliate program, including approving publishers, sendingnewsletters, responding to affiliate inquiriesRequirements. Strong analytical and strategic marketing skills. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and metrics; 1-2 years experience in digitalmarketing position. Strong desire and ability to learn and grow; independent, self- starters a plus. Problem-solving, strategic planning, creativity. Tech savvy; skilled with Excel and PowerPoint for client-facing reports, analysis andpresentations; HTML a plus. Clear and effective written and oral communication skills. Relationship-building; very comfortable interfacing with clients and publisher partners.
