Job DetailsWe are looking for a talented technical recruiter who will be responsible for running recruiting and be the face of the company! ResponsibilitiesCreate thorough and well-structured job descriptions for various roles across engineering and product Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibilityConducting confidential interviews, checking referencesConduct research & create candidate profile reports to present to the CEO & Departments HeadsConduct research and have a strong understanding of competitorsQualificationsEffective negotiation, influencing and communication skillsProven successful experience in recruitingProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases - Lever Experience is a huge plusDeep understanding of recruitment processes and ability to create and help fine tune new and current proceduresInterested in hearing more?
