- This is an opportunity to join an Enterprise platform operations team, part of the CLIENT Global IT organization. Enterprise platform operations team’s charter is to maintain a reliable and state of the art system landscape for CLIENT Business. Team manages a large, hybrid system landscape, comprising of several SAP and other applications (SAP - ECC, CRM, SCM, GTS, MES, S4C, CPQ, C4C, Salesforce and others), supporting many Business functions e.g. Sales & Marketing, Order Management, Finance, Supply chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Service and Customer call centers. Team is responsible to maintain system landscape, ensure Security and compliance, lead stewardship projects e.g. upgrades and develop solution enhancements. Team is distributed at several CLIENT locations across the world for effective 24X7 coverage.This is a role with many responsibilities; You will be working on multiple tasks at any given time, based on organization goals and priorities, aligned with Company and IT objectives.Primary Responsibilities:Maintain relationship with Supply chain, Logistics and manufacturing Business functions to ensure alignment on priorities, system capabilities roadmap and escalations.Maintain relationship with product vendors and other IT teams.Accountable for AMS Service delivery and meeting IT SLAs. Lead IT vendor AMS teams on meeting established KPIs.Lead on critical incidents and escalations in your service area (diagnosis, troubleshooting and issue resolution). Drive continuous improvement to address hot spots.Lead solution definition, development and implementation of projects in Supply chain and Logistics.Work closely with project delivery teams, providing inputs on design, architecture, and solution maintainability; Lead projects transition into operations.Project manager and Architect for new initiatives e.g. Upgrades, Archiving, proof of concepts.Leadership expectations:Communication skills: Very good oral and written communication skills. Advanced degree preferred.8+ years’ experience in Supply chain management SW development, implementation or solution support in large complex landscapes (preferably SAP SCM and related products).Project management experience using Agile and or other methodologies. Experience of working in DEVOPS model highly desirable.Team management experience (6-10 members or larger teams); distributing tasks, providing oversight and guidance, and delivering on goals.
