We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Sr. MS Exchange Administrator to join an energy company for an onsite position. Responsibilities: Administers large deployments of Exchange environments and messaging systems, including MS Active Sync (handheld devices), Active Directory, IIS, Spam / Anti-virus filtering, and Clustering Configuration, support and administration of Exchange 2013 / 2019, Active Directory, Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 Datacenter, NetBackup Backup Analyses technical problems and creates solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools Perform on-site technical support for Microsoft Exchange 2013 / 2019 Monitor Microsoft SCOM alerts to proactively respond, analyze, and troubleshoot to avoid potential incidents that may cause system / network back logs Monitor and track incidents in the Altiris Ticketing System in support of the incident and problem management process Monitor Microsoft server performance, run routine server diagnostic tests, perform and monitor system backups, and perform cluster failovers Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve non-deliveries, and perform message tracking and record status / findings in daily operations log Create user accounts and mailboxes Perform mailbox moves and restores Perform mailbox cleansing (classified)Requirements: 10 + years of experience in a similar role Strong experience with Exchange 2013 - 2019, and M365 Build on-premises Exchange 2019 servers and migrate off Exchange 2013 servers Migration of mailboxes, resources, distribution lists, etc., to M365 Strong PowerShell skills Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD - as it pertains to Exchange DNS experience Windows administration Troubleshooting Perform upgrades to ExchangeFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, arrest, and conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
