Project Role: ServiceNow Developer Experience: 3 to 8 (Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Development) Job Requirements
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including good knowledge of of ITSM Module and not limited to Custom Development, Custom Apps etc.,
  • Deep understanding and solutioning capabilities in ServiceNow Global scope and foundational data such as Location, Organization, CMDB etc.,
  • In-depth experience and solutioning capabilities using Scoped Application
  • Working knowledge to develop Service Catalog, Workflows, Notifications, ServiceNow internal development components like Business Rules, Transform Maps, Client scripts, Script includes, ACL's, Record producers, UI policy, Data policy, Data dictionary etc.,
  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM products
  • Experience in develop integration using JDBC/SQL/SOAP/REST with various type of systems directly or through mid-server
  • Experience in ServiceNow development, hand-coding of HTML/XHTML/JSON/XML/CSS/Angular JS(1.0, 2.0), Java Scripting, AJAX, Jelly, or PERL scripting
  • Knowledge of system design and development used within web service or message-based applications (e.g. REST/SOAP)
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is a must and good to have ServiceNow CSA certification.
  • ServiceNow Administration Experience
  • Advanced JavaScript programming experience.
  • Experience leading or heavily supporting at least one ServiceNow Security
  • Operations implementation.
  • Deep understanding of the configuration management database (CMDB), I.T. Service Management (ITSM) processes and their value/relevance to Security solutions.
  • Advanced functional and technical understanding of the ServiceNow Security suite.
  • Experience in data collection and representation of KPI and metrics dashboards.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow Security Operations with standard SIEM tools (such as Splunk, Qualys, Tanium) through existing plugins and advanced custom-code integrations.
  • Team management Incident handling skills, use case management, risk assessment
  • Good verbal communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization methods
  • Developing workflow customizations and supporting the Service transformation teams.
  • Responsible for coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in the application. The ServiceNow SME will be responsible for core system configuration and develop identified enhancements
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
  • Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
  • Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible
  • Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, QA, and production environments
