Please find below the job description. Position: ServiceNow HRSD Architect Location: Burbank, CA Type: Full Time Employment Roles & Responsibilities:
- 10-14 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
- At least 10 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience
- Experience in HR technology, specifically supporting the ServiceNow processes
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Services, Catalog, forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, actions, and Client and Server scripts
- Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Mobile and Web Onboarding
- Good understanding of HR profiles, HR Case Management, HR Service Catalog, ESC, Employee document management, Employee lifecycle events and emergency response management
- Good understanding of available HR integrations with 3rd party tool
- Participates in requirements discussions
- Identifies and defines business solutions for all HR users, aiding in translating HR business requirements into technical requirements
- Searches, populates, and customizes the HR knowledge base
- Maintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitors an SLA workflows
- Participates in all phases of testing and go-live activities
- Maintains the configuration and updates to the HR platform once the system is live, in partnership with the Platform Administrator
- Good understanding of HR processes and experience of interacting with HR Agents for defining lifecycle events and HR catalog
- Experience with HR Service Management and related tools
- Integration exposure with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of related HR systems and their functions
- Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
- Certified System Administrator (must have)
- Certified System Implementor HR (must have)
- Strong written and oral skills
- Ability to provide consulting on HRSD practices to client
- Excellent analytical skills
