Senior Web UI Developer (Angular 14)

Location: Pleasanton, CA / Dallas, TX (Initially Remote)

Duration: 12+ months

Candidate must be located either in CA or TX

What are your top 3-5 skills in an ideal candidate?
  • 8+ years programming experience (JavaScript, HTML, Java, Web Services)
  • Javascript, Angular (most current) 14
  • CSS, SCSS
  • Adobe Experience Manager (highly preferred)
  • CI/CD

Responsibilities
  • Provide application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
  • Provide coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code.
  • Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, estimation, prototyping, simulation and analysis efforts.
  • Verify program logic through testing best practices, including writing automated unit and functional tests.
  • Use Agile Scrum practices to deliver solutions with high level of flexibility
  • and adaptability.
  • Oversee overall systems configuration and testing, ensuring efficient deployment of applications to production.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of programming experience (JavaScript, CSS, Angular, HTML).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Angular 13+, jQuery, and Bootstrap, or similar frameworks
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in service layer integration (e.g. data, authentication, 3rd party systems) using Ajax and REST APIs.
  • Experience in CSS preprocessors like Sass and LESS.
  • Experience in working knowledge of Content Management Systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Well-versed with best practices for designing responsive web applications.
  • Familiar with UI unit testing, functional testing, and performance testing tools.
  • Familiar with Jenkins or similar continuous integration tools, Github, or source code management systems.
  • Experience in the Ecommerce domain is plus
