Security Systems AdministratorResponsibilities:

• Rapid creation, testing, and
  deploying of scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc) to install, uninstall, or update vulnerable software on thousands of clients.
• Installing, testing, administering, and troubleshooting system security remediation solutions ensuring that Client endpoints meet a 95% compliance requirement.

• Updating Windows, Linux and Mac software and operating systems with required patches and ensuring the proper defenses are present for each system and network resource.
• Performing vulnerability remediation tasks, identifying, and defending against threats using in-house security tools and practices. These
  tools will consist of Tanium, Carbon Black, and Qualys.
• Managing existing security systems, processes, analyzing security requirements, and recommending improvements.
• Configuring and supporting security tools, such as systems, vulnerability, and anti-virus software.
• Effective communication and collaboration with IT team members, managers, and executives about the best security practices and technical advice.

• Solid background in
  Windows Server 2016 and later.
• Working basis in networking fundamentals
• Experience with scripting languages and automation using
  PowerShell or Python

• Advanced PowerShell knowledge regarding system and program management and administration.
• Solid background in automated Windows deployment
• 2+ years of relevant IT experience in a similar role.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced training certifications are a plus.

• Linux/Unix certification and experience is a plus.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
