Job DetailsResponsibilities:Build Sales Strategy and lead regional demand forecasting activities that cover 13 states.Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of a sales team; developsAnalyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunitiesEducates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricingPrepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plansEstablishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessaryEnsures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goalRecruits, hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environmentExperience:Min 10 years of proven sales experience meeting and exceeding targets.Experience in technical sales and selling ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft, Sage, NetSuite, Acumatica, and Macola in SMB and LE markets is considered an asset.Ability to travel to client sites across western US as well as local and global events where necessary.Interested in hearing more?
