Job DetailsWe are looking for a Project Developer with a good background and understanding of Commercial Brokers. We are focused on helping Commercial and Industrial facilities convert to Solar Energy and need someone with strong relationships with portfolio managers. Must have

• Deep understanding of Commercial Real Estate
• Existing relationships with Portfolio Managers
• Ability to manage multiple projects throughout the development life-cycle
• Experience with federal, state and local agencies

Nice to have

• Strong experience in negotiating commercial terms and agreements
• Experience attending and speaking at industry events
• Proven track record getting things to Notice to Proceed
