Hardware Lab Engineer

Doing business in 170 countries, our client is dedicated to fulfilling their mission of helping you and your organization achieve more around the world.Responsibilities: Assembling and re-working PCB assemblies Assembling various kinds of cables including digital, cable and power Troubleshooting and fixing assembly problems like opens, shorts, cold-solder, etc. Purchasing and kitting parts for PCB assemblies Generating documentation to support Bill of Materials (analog and digital testing and troubleshooting) Writing and verifying test proceduresREQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of lab rework experience PC board experience Know how to work with test equipment, how to figure out the name, functionality, etc. Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusAdditional Skills: PCB printed circuit board BGA OR ball grid array Soldering Rework Analog Digital testingThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
