Job DetailsWe are looking for an experienced Engineering manager to lead our Platform team. The team is responsible for the platform and APIs that power dozens of partner integrations, thousands of custom workflows, and millions of API requests per day. Their charter is to build the next generation of our APIs and integration frameworks that our partner developers and customers rely on for everything from AI-powered chatbots to CRM integrations to automated message routing. This work is at the foundation of our mission to empower businesses to provide tailor-made service at scale. To be successful in this role, you will help build out the team by attracting and hiring talented engineers, manage the existing team of talented engineers to deliver on an ambitious roadmap, guide the team through technical decisions, and obsess about making the team and their processes scale efficiently.
