We pioneered breathing technology and we're adding a Hybrid Software Engineering Manager, with embedded real-time software development experience, to our growing team in Irvine! We would like this person to come on site 1-2 a week, or 1-2 times a month depending on their location in Southern California. Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Real-Time Embedded Software experience, 4+ years of Hands on Management working on devices in compliance with IEC 62304 (Software Life Cycle) within an ISO 13485 regulated Medical device environment. - BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of embedded real-time embedded software development experience
- 4+ years as a hands-on Embedded Software Engineering Leadership
- Previous Medical Device (ISO 13485) industry experience is required
- Expert understanding of compliance with ISO & IEC regulations
- Efficient with C, C, and C#
- Experience with C# and .NET Framework
- Experience with scripting languages Lua, Python, or equivalent
