DAY PORTER | Sacramento areas | Part-Time | OUTDOOR CLEANING

We are looking for DAY PORTERS for Exterior commercial cleaning.

The schedule ranges from 18-34 hours. Hiring in Elkhorn/Natomas, Antelope, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Folsom and El Dorado Hills.

All positions for Day Porters are Part-time.

City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Day Porter and a Mobile Day Porter to join our expanding team! Please review the information carefully.

Day Porter - Part-time $16-$18 an hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of making sure the exterior of the facilities is neat and presentable to the public

Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners

Removing trash and debris

Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures

Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)

Windowsill cleaning

De-webbing of building and doorways

Assisting in light maintenance work

Restroom care (if applicable as assigned property)

Sanitizing

Adhering to all safety rules and procedures

Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition

Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.

Other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills

Responsible and Reliable

Capable of working in the elements (Hot, cold, rain, and wind)

Comfortable working a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evening, or split shifts

Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties

Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. overhead

Ability to work independently and self-motivated
