Qualified candidates should send their resume and pay expectations to Coral Wolff at Job DescriptionData Entry CoordinatorDuration: 9 month Contract Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Product Creation (GPC) Strategy, this individual will work on essential data management in relation to product management systems transition and launches specifically with data migration, data harmonization and data entry that will equip TWDC to achieve global, omnichannel product development, tracking and reporting. Support Systems Transition & Launch

  • Support product development teams with data entry into new project management systems
  • Harmonize existing data in systems to ensure consistent categorization and alignment
  • Shift data between existing system and new system
  • Manage day-to-day including critical timelines, meeting notes and action items
  • Prepare analytics in support of the evolution of the global, omnichannel strategy
  • Assist in moving work forward in specific and outlined areas of focus
  • Collaborate and partner with other areas across Global Product Creation to inform decision
  • making through analytics
  • Develop a strong awareness of the global merchandise business
  • Cross-Functional Team Participation

  • Maintain materials and related assets via a variety of platforms
Basic Qualification:
  • 1-2 years of experience and college degree in related field of study
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to data accuracy and integrity
  • Strong communication skills, including demonstrated influence, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint/Collaboration Workspace
  • Experience in one or more areas of the retail industry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excel and Keynote/PowerPoint proficiency
  • Project management experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
