Data Analyst IT 2

Our client, a Global Pharma located in South San Francisco.

Responsibilities:Design, Develop and maintain Data model and Dashboards in QlikSense and Tableau (any other BI tool experience is a plus) and deliver data-driven insights to support People & Culture goals and decision making for leaders and managers Interacts very closely with internal Insights team members to ascertain requirements/needs and light interaction with external stakeholders.Perform and deliver PoCs, ad-hoc analysis as needed.Train & advise on insights solution suite and the use and availability of people data.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field of study (Computer Science, Economics, Statistics/Applied Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) preferred .Business Intelligence certifications desirable, preferably related to QlikSense & Tableau.2+ years of experience in BI/Advanced Analytics Platforms system conception in QlikSense and Tableau (and other BI tools is a plus), architecture & administration, DataMart modeling & data warehouse implementationsStrong analytical skills, understanding of data model, data sources and able to identify any data discrepancy and investigate discrepancies Proficiency in data preparation and querying methods (SQL/RDBMS) is a must.Strong communication skills.Basic understanding of HR and People Data preferred, Knowledge of HR system Workday Report writer , designer is preferred.Comfortable working within frameworks such as Agile/Kanban/Scrum
