Data Analyst in Remote, U.S. You will be a part of a data analytics team that supports enterprise level Continuous Improvement initiatives spearheading efforts to institutionalize a process excellence culture & mindset along with delivering process re-engineering, optimization initiatives using LEAN & Continuous Improvement methodologies, concepts, & principles.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in generating and presenting data insights from marketing, web, product, or other related analytics fields
• Advanced SQL skills to perform data segmentation and aggregation from scratch
• Advanced dashboarding skills (Tableau OR Qlik)
• Ability to understand how the businessworks, key levers and proficient in combining data with business fundamentals to craft a coherent story
• Domain experience in subjects such as experimental design and Multivariate/A-B testing
• Experience with JIRA is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams
• Ideally, performing advanced analytics in Professional Services, MSP, Workforce Management, etc. domain with emphasis on performance management
• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience
