Business System Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Business System Analyst in Woodland Hills, California (CA).Responsibilities include: Review any open tasks assigned within ServiceNow Business System Analyst will run standard reports out of ServiceNow Work with practice owners to understand metrics Business System Analyst will identify opportunities from the reports Support AdHoc reporting needsREQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent ITIL Foundations certification + ServiceNow Reporting and/or ITIL experience ServiceNow reporting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Power BI experience preferredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
