Job DetailsJob Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document solutions for business areas and to prepare functional specifications on Process definition / workflows / improvements.
• Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess, recommend and guide on solutions as per organizational needs
• Working with internal customers + Has experience in Change management (very important)
• Must be able to do continuous and ongoing mapping of business processes.
• Ensure that the network and the infrastructure are up and running in coordination with core team to provide a high degree of reliability and availability
• Assist & advice to senior Managers/Directors on IT issues and planning.
• Work out priorities for systems developments, maintenance and operations.
• Implementation of policies, procedures and standards
• Negotiate service level agreements with external vendors / service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met.
• Ensuring Information security policies are in place and followed.
• Provide guidance for report generations and business process reviews.

Skills Required:

• ERP functional knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge in key domain areas like Purchasing, Inventory Management, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, is a plus
• Knowledge in custom reports using Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), querying SQL Server is a plus
• Knowledge in Virtualization, Networking and information security is a plus
• Support for users & training

Education and Experience:

• MBA or equivalent with Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in medium complex environment in ERP customization/implementation and support.
