We are looking to hire a responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Applicants must take pride in their work, be punctual, reliable and take ownership of their job duties. As well as have good communication skills and a willingness to learn. As we continue to grow we prefer to promote from within! NO WEEKENDS!

Job Description:

This is a year-round Full-Time OR Part-Time position. Have another job you are trying to work around? No problem. Have classes two days a week for school? No problem. We will work around YOUR schedule. You pick your weekdays and times you want to work and we will fill your schedule. Technicians will clean pools, maintain proper water chemistry utilizing our test kits, and ensure correct operation of pool equipment. This is for a specific and consistent route. All items necessary to perform this job are provided.

Requirements: All Applicants MUST (no exceptions):

Have a truck and insurance along with valid drivers license

Ability to start early and tolerate Arizona temperature extremes

Have a reliable work ethic

Be able to lift a 50lbs on occasion and as needed

Have a smartphone that can take pictures, send text and access pool service app

Be able to work legally in the US

Compensation:

Training paid upon completion then per Pool after training (average $45.00/hr)

Thanksgiving week and the week between Christmas and New Years paid off

Monthly bonus opportunities that pay out $250-$500 depending on your hustle

New hire bonus after 90 days $500

Employee and customer referral bonus

Ability to earn extra compensation through filter cleans, light repairs and added pools ( after 2 months)
