We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a Digital Product Manager role to join Arrow's Product Team, a group passionately committed to turning ideas into reality and managing the entire product lifecycle. As a Product Manager you are part of the larger Product Team, which consists of multiple Product Managers and Product Owners spanning development and business teams globally, supporting our major e-commerce and e-business websites.What You'll Be Doing Responsible for overseeing, managing, and executing all activities related to the production of a product from beginning to end, to include:
- Work closely with key stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the organization.
- Prioritize features and negotiate enablers in the backlog using WSJF: evaluating value, risk-reduction/opportunity enablement, time critical, and job size (resource/team estimates).
- Work closely with UX/CX team to create journey mapping/proof of concept
- Specify and gather research needed to define acceptance criteria of Epic, that meets the needs and desires of stakeholders, business, and/or customers.
- Define the roadmap and vision and convey the importance/impact of features and how they align with initiatives to the scrum teams.
- Manage and mitigate any risks or potential blockers in delivery of roadmap.
- Provide support for testing & implementation and approve completion of work.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and communicate updates through all product lifecycle stages.
- Help oversee the GTM plan -planning how to market and promote the product to users, training requirements, and how it's measured.
- Proactively evaluate and utilize market research to identify new opportunities and future trends.
- Compare the company's products to competitor's products to assess competition in the market
- Requires in-depth eCommerce knowledge, with B2C and/or B2B experience
- A creative thinker, able to innovatively solve complex matters and recommend state of the art products.
- Ability to see things through a customer centric lens and align customer and company objectives.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-geographically, at all levels to achieve a common goal.
- Able to work independently and work well in team settings and receive minimal guidance.
- A master of prioritization, which requires the ability to say 'no' in multiple directions: stakeholders, leaders, customers, and product owners to protect scope creep and ensure highest ROI.
- Has significant people skills and the innate ability to navigate the political landscape
- 6-7 years product related experience required
- SAFe, CSPO, PO/PM-Strongly preferred
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
