Qualifications:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and 3-5 years of construction experience.
Prior USACE QCSM experience and CQM certificate preferred.
Prior USACE RMS 3.0 experience preferred.
Experience with managing large complex projects, & proven success in subcontractor/client relationships.
Experience with GOVN Quality Control Process, on-site inspections and document control.
Proficiency using Office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Experience in Primavera software (preferred)
Abilities:
Work independently.
Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles to complete tasks.
Individuals must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and the ability to see and solve problems on their own.
Responsibilities:
Shall be responsible for on-site inspections, processing submittals, RFI’s and overall project document control within RMS 3.0.
PE will visit project site throughout construction. Responsibilities include assuring all contractors and subcontractors comply with engineering standards and specifications.
Assisting with bidding, subcontracts, material procurement, and submittals.
Will be responsible for Quality Control, cost coding, cost tracking, equipment tracking and jobsite coordination as required by management.
Applicants must successfully coordinate with project manager, field personal, design teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
Schedule:
Full time or rotational schedule 3 weeks on site at Fort Greely/1 week in Anchorage to be discussed during interview and based on experience/qualifications.
Project Duration (Now through July 15, 2024).
